Maurizio Biraghi is a member of the Board of Certified Public Accountants for Milan Area since 1989 and of the Register of Auditors since 1995. His areas of specialisation are tax planning, extraordinary transactions, the reorganisation of corporate groups and tax litigation.
He has held and still holds positions in national companies and Italian subsidiaries of multinationals.

Angelo Massimo Cazzaniga
Angelo Massimo Cazzaniga is a member of the Board of Certified Public Accountants for Milan Area since 2004 and of the Register of Auditors since 2007. His areas of specialisation are accounting and tax consultancy and assistance aimed mainly at industrial and commercial companies, extraordinary transactions, pre-litigation and tax litigation related assistance.
He has held and still holds positions in national companies and Italian subsidaries of multinationals.

Gianluca Gattinoni
Gianluca Gattinoni is a member of the Board of Certified Public Accountants for Milan Area since 2006 and of the Register of Auditors since 2007. His areas of specialisation are focused on mergers and acquisitions, company evaluation, tax and corporate consulting at national and international level.
He has a specific experience in the field of assistance to holding companies and family groups. He has held and still holds positions in national companies and Italian subsidiaries of multinationals.
